Along with Beach week celebrations, came the thrill of our very own WSB Olympics. We had a fabulous time and with the wonderful weather, we were as hot as Rio!! In recognition of American Independence Day, 4th July, we have been in fine voice, singing The Star-Spangled Banner, and have been testing everyone's knowledge with our America Facts Quiz.

Many thanks to the trainees at BT Walsall, for raising funds to support the Society. They held events, which included a bake sale and playing ping pong. We all appreciate your support, thank you.

Come along and see the amazing work that the community and voluntary sector do in the Walsall Borough. We are at the event providing information on a wide variety of topics, come and meet us at Walsall Football Club.

Ascot week preparations are in full swing, the room is set, the bunting is up and were all ready for some fun and a little flutter with funny money. Our winner of the day winning £3200.00 of pretend funny money was Beryl, well done Beryl on picking the best of the donkeys. [...]
